Our aims for all our children are clear. We hope that each child will feel valued and secure. We aim to provide a well-rounded, first-class education for every pupil, in a calm, warm and friendly atmosphere. We promote traditional values within a modern context. Good manners, respect and courtesy are constants.
Members of our well qualified teaching staff are dedicated to achieving high academic standards, with Art, Music and Drama supporting the academic curriculum.
Morning assemblies, pastoral support and Religious Studies help to foster the children’s moral development. The Saxon church of St. Mary’s is close by and welcomes the school to Harvest and Carol Services.
Senior pupils achieve our expectations of high marks in the Common Entrance Examination and many suitable candidates have achieved Scholarships to their future schools.
