The Preparatory school is
a friendly place where children are allowed to be children – to
run and play and enjoy the extensive grounds in order to develop
the self-discipline and creativity, which along with decency and
self-worth, leads to them fulfilling their potential by developing
their talents, be they academic, aesthetic or sporting.
We follow a broad curriculum where children are encouraged to set
their aims high and to work hard in order to achieve them.
Classes are small (20 maximum) and a motivated, committed staff ensures
that when children leave at thirteen they are well prepared for
the next stage in their education.
We expect children to achieve high marks in the Common Entrance Examination
and suitable candidates to be awarded Scholarships. They are encouraged
to be active participants in school life and in the community beyond.
Good manners and civilised behaviour are expected and fostered.
Above all we expect them to aim high and always give of their best.
